ANALISIS KEPUASAN PELAYANAN PEMBERIAN VAKSINASI DI ERA PANDEMIK COVID-19 DI UPT PUSKESMAS MEDAN TUNTUNGAN

It was found that there were patients who were dissatisfied with the services they received, for example: Friendliness of staff during vaccination, flow during Covid-19 vaccination, education and health protocols. This results in misunderstandings that cause discomfort. Regarding service satisfaction at the vaccination site at the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Medan Tuntungan Health Center. This type of research uses qualitative research with the methods used in this research being observation and interview methods. Case study conducted at UPT Puskesmas Medan Tuntungan. From this research is the workload, in the areas of NAKES, Adults, Pre-Elderly, Elderly and Public Services and other supporting data. This research data was taken by conducting observations and interviews as documentation. Based on the frequency distribution results as summarized in the table. It can be seen that the satisfaction of vaccination patients among health workers at the UPT Puskesmas Medan Tuntungan, of the 100 respondents, mostly 5 (5%) said they were very satisfied and 85 (85%) said they were satisfied. of adult patients at the Medan Tuntungan Health Center UPT, out of 100 respondents, 12% said they were very satisfied, 88% said they were satisfied. among elderly patients at the Medan Tuntungan Health Center UPT, out of 100 respondents, 5% said they were very satisfied, 90% said they were satisfied, and 5% said they were quite satisfied. among elderly patients at the Medan Tuntungan Health Center UPT, out of 100 respondents, 9% said they were very satisfied, 86% said they were satisfied and 5% said they were quite satisfied. Of the Public Service patients at the UPT Puskesmas Medan Tuntungan, out of 100 respondents, 12% said they were very satisfied and 88% said they were satisfied.
